The ramblings of Emily Braveheart, a recovering trauma-brained creator. During my stay in the dungeons of trauma brain, I became obsessed with breaking free. Most of my life was steeped in trauma, but as I grew to adulthood and became a parent I craved a way out of the darkness that lived in my head. I launched onto a spiritual journey of identifying God and finding my connection to spirit, this lead me to discover God outside of the Christian church in a way that finally made sense. Through the rollercoaster of healing, much study and experimentation, I have found the keys to unlock your ability to become a master of self and live a better after-trauma life. Design your after-trauma life so you can live in freedom, you have earned it.
Each month we begin a new round of our F.L.A.W.L.E.S.S. 30 day habit builder challenge. We join together for inspiration and to motivate each other so we keep showing up for ourselves. Remember, this is just journey starts with just one small thing.
