Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully, as it outlines the terms that apply to all purchases made through our website freakedoutflawless.com (“Site”) and related services. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
1. Digital Products
- All products offered by Freaked Out & F.L.A.W.L.E.S.S. that are delivered in digital format (such as e-books, workbooks, downloadable guides, or online courses) are non-refundable.
- Due to the nature of digital content, once the product has been purchased and delivered (via download link, email, or account access), no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are available.
2. Coaching, Consultations, and Services
- All coaching sessions, consultations, classes, or workshops are considered time-based services and are non-refundable once booked.
- Rescheduling may be permitted at our discretion if notice is given at least [24 Hours] before the scheduled session.
- If you miss your scheduled appointment we are under no obligation to reschedule or refund your purchase. You have forfeited the fees associated with booking consultation time, by not rescheduling in advance.
- All consultation services are non-refundable once booked.
3. Physical Products
If physical products are offered and purchased through our Site, the following refund and replacement policy applies:
- You may request a refund or replacement within 7 days of delivery of the product.
- Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required to process any request.
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
Replacement Policy
- If you choose a replacement item, Freaked Out & F.L.A.W.L.E.S.S. will cover all shipping and handling costs associated with sending the replacement product.
Refund Policy
- If you choose a refund instead of replacement, the payment will be refunded electronically via the same payment platform used during the purchase (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, credit card).
- Refunds will be processed once the returned product has been received and inspected.
4. Exceptions
Refunds or replacements will not be granted if:
- The request is made more than 7 days after delivery of a physical product.
- The item is returned in a damaged or used condition not caused by shipping or manufacturing defects.
- The purchase was for a digital product or consultation/service (as outlined above).

1) All Sales Final
Due to the nature of my services—live coaching time and custom, made-to-order deliverables—all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a purchase is made or work has begun, no refunds will be issued.
2) Coaching Sessions (1:1 or Group)
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule a 1:1 session with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Late cancellations / no-shows: Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice are forfeited. No Refunds.
- Coach-initiated changes: If I must reschedule, I’ll provide a new time or an account credit.
3) Programs, Packages & Memberships
- Commitment: Enrolling in a package or payment plan is a commitment to the full program fee, regardless of usage or completion.
- Pauses/Transfers: At my discretion, I may allow a one-time pause or client-to-client transfer; fees remain non-refundable.
4) Custom Deliverables & Digital Products
- Custom work: Strategy, copy, graphics, templates, audits, and other deliverables are custom and therefore non-refundable.
- Corrections window: If a file is defective (e.g., won’t open, broken link), I’ll repair/replace it if you notify me within 7 days of delivery. Content preferences or scope changes are not defects.
- Digital downloads: Instant-access products are non-refundable.
5) Deposits & Payments
- Deposits/retainers: Any deposit/retainer is non-refundable and applied to the final invoice.
- Payment failures: Access to services or materials may be suspended for failed/late payments until resolved.
- Fees: Processing/transaction fees are non-refundable.
6) Chargebacks
Please contact me first to resolve any billing issues. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension of services and recovery of associated costs.
7) Exceptions
- Duplicate/accidental charges will be reversed or credited.
- Legal rights: Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law (your local jurisdiction may provide specific protections).
8) No Guarantees / Not Therapy
Coaching supports growth and skills but does not guarantee specific results and is not medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice.
