A calm, consent-first space to breathe, be honest, and get unstuck. In this trauma-informed coaching session we slow the nervous system, sort the swirl, and translate it into one clear next step. Bring what’s on your heart—faith questions, cPTSD ripples, sober wobbles, grief, boundaries, purpose. We blend gentle somatic grounding, practical coaching, and reverent spiritual inquiry (prayer or meditation only if you want). Together we will explore your thoughts, feelings, and core beliefs. You’ll leave with a personalized grounding tool, a simple micro-practice for the week, and handpicked resources—no shame, no dogma, no pressure. Come as you are; leave resourced and steady.
